Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. Our products are perfect as gifts for any occasion. Invoices are not included with orders, so gift recipients will not see the order cost. You can even personalize a handwritten note, which we will include with the order.

Do you ship outside of Portugal/abroad?

We ship throughout the entire national territory (mainland and islands) and to any country in the European Union.

Shipping costs are calculated and added automatically at checkout.

And take advantage: shipping is free on orders over €50!

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing time is 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details.

Notice: Final delivery depends entirely on the transport services. If any problems arise with the delivery or the order is lost, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier and resolve the situation in the best way possible.

Where do your herbs come from?

We agree with you about the importance of being a conscious consumer, so thank you for raising this issue.

We are dedicated to providing organic herbs, sustainably harvested and mostly grown on a family farm in Portugal. Some of our herbs also come from Brazil.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at info@joienatural.com, including photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually to help you in the best way possible.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are available?

To ensure you can shop with complete convenience and security, we accept the most practical payment methods on the market. You can choose to pay via MB WAY, Multibanco Reference, or PayPal directly when finalizing your order.

How do I know that my payment was successfully received?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email. If you choose MB WAY or PayPal, validation is immediate; in the case of Multibanco Reference, it may take a few minutes to be processed by the system.

Do you offer refunds?

For hygiene and product safety reasons (herbs, natural cosmetics and candles), we do not offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your order arrives damaged or with any problem, please send us an email to info@joienatural.com so we can assess the situation and help you in the best way possible.
