Yes! Gift Cards are sent via email after purchase and include instructions for their use; we do not send physical Gift Cards. If you would like the Gift Card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please provide the email address of the person you wish to give it to at checkout. Alternatively, you can receive it in your own email and then forward or print the Gift Card.
Gift cards can only be used at joienatural.com.
Note: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Yes. Our products are perfect as gifts for any occasion. Invoices are not included with orders, so gift recipients will not see the order cost. You can even personalize a handwritten note, which we will include with the order!
We ship nationwide and soon throughout Europe. For international shipping, please contact us via email. info@joienatural.com. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for exclusive deals.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping details and tracking information will be provided in the confirmation email.
Note: Once an order is shipped, tracking information is no longer under our control, and however much we would like to follow the process, final delivery is beyond our control. Currently, we are unable to replace lost or stolen orders.

We are dedicated to providing organic herbs, sustainably harvested and grown mostly locally on a family farm in Portugal. Some herbs also come from Brazil.
We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email. info@joienatural.com, Including photos of the item and packaging, we will evaluate each case individually to best assist you.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. If you find any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or lost when the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect. Currently, it is not possible to replace lost orders.
If a product is marked as out of stock, we will do our best to restock it soon. Visit the store to find out when the product is back in stock.
We currently do not offer product customization; however, we would be delighted to add a personalized handwritten note to the packaging as a gift message!
We do not offer refunds, including for gift cards.
