Yes! Here’s how our gift cards work: Gift cards are delivered via email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you’d like the gift card sent directly to the recipient’s inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or, feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card.
Gift cards are only available in denominations of €25, €50, €75, €100 and there are no additional fees. Gift cards are available for use only in joienatural.com. Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
We ship to all of Portugal and will soon ship to all of Europe. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
We offer discounts and promotions all year round, so keep an eye out for exclusive offers.
It depends on where you are. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.
Observation: Once an order is shipped, tracking information is out of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, the final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace lost or stolen packages.

Our crystals are sourced primarily from Brazil and Spain. All of our crystals are sustainably sourced and we work with small businesses to ensure we have a business relationship with them. The conditions and how the crystals are processed matter to ensure they are environmentally friendly and ethically sourced.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We are a small, one-person business, which means we will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however there are no guarantees.
So that we can better assist you, please write your order number followed by your request in the subject line, for example:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Once the carrier has possession of your order, tracking information, transit route, and time are out of our control. As much as we would love to be there, the final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace lost orders at this time.
Even if the status indicate delivered, the order may still be on its way. This is very common. However, if you still haven't received your order within a few days, please contact us and provide your order number so we can help!
If a product is marked as out of stock, we will do our best to restock it as soon as possible.
On the product page, click 'Notify me when back in stock' to be notified by email when the product is available again.
We do not currently offer product customization, however we would be happy to add a personalized handwritten note to the packaging as a gift note!
No. We are a small company and have a very limited inventory. Crystals are very fragile, so they require extra care and attention when handling. Please consider this before labeling it as “poor quality because it breaks easily”. This is the inherent nature of crystals.
We understand how frustrating it is to break a crystal, believe me, we've been there! But we also set boundaries and appreciate it when they are respected.
Refunds are only processed on unused and undamaged products. Please return items in their original packaging and ensure the shipment is carefully packaged as we cannot process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to the returned product only and not the original shipping fee. As we are a small business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once shipped, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items or gift cards.
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
Store credit is issued as a gift card for the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
