My path and how I can support you.

My own journey has been made up of many layers. Over time, I've integrated different areas that, today, underpin the way I support you.

I bring with me a background in Economics, experience as a university professor, and experience in the world of micro-business. Later, in Herbalism, Reiki, and ThetaHealing®, I experienced healing as a process of returning to our essence.

Today, my work is also influenced by my specialization in Transgenerational Trauma, within the field of Psychology. Through this, I understand that we often carry burdens that are not our own: patterns inherited long before we became aware of them.
