Returns and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS
As all of our Joie products are for personal use, we do not accept exchanges on products that have already been opened from the shipping packaging. Returns of items must be handled on a case-by-case basis. We only accept returns when there is a valid reason, such as a damaged or mistakenly shipped product. Items must be returned unopened and unused, as shipped, in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is packaged appropriately. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper, damaged or lost packaging. If we receive damaged items, they will not be eligible for a refund. For worldwide returns, please note that refunds are issued in Euros. Please note that we reserve the right to say what will or will not be refunded. All events are final sale and refunds are not permitted.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?
You must contact us at info@joinatural.com or by calling +351 94 146 357. Indicate the purchase code, name and telephone number.

I sent an email/message and have not received a response yet. What should I do?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receiving them, so please bear with us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I received damaged products, what should I do?
If there is a problem with an item, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@joienatural.com. We will resolve it as quickly as possible – please include as many details as possible, including photos.
